As a Realtor® with Sherrell Realty and Associates, LLC, Joanie specializes in assisting both buyers and sellers in the Greater St. Louis area. She is also a licensed Realtor® in Illinois serving primarily Madison and St. Clair counties with Bev George & Associates. Joanie's number one priority when working with her clients is to provide the highest level of customer service and top-notch representation, ensuring that her clients unique needs and desires are met. It is her goal to make the home purchasing or selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Joanie is extremely passionate about her work and is an active member in the real estate community and her neighborhood association. She served as the Secretary for the Women's Council of Realtors - Metro St. Louis Network from January of 2019 through December of 2020. Currently, she is the WCR- Metro STL Network's President-Elect for 2022 and Membership Committee Chairperson for the Benton Park Neighborhood Association. Other past positions include BNI (Business Networking International) Chapter President, Chapter Vice President and multi-chapter Director. Each of these experiences have allowed her to grow as a leader, provide others with tools for success through education, and develop strong and effective communications skills.
Some of Joanie's personal hobbies include learning about local history, reading, traveling, and singing in various award winning quartets and chorus' with Sweet Adeline's International since 1995. Life is far too much fun to sit on the sidelines!
